Problem Statement
Content creators lose 40-60% of revenue to centralized platforms like Shutterstock and Getty. There is no independent way to verify licensing. AI agents have zero ability to participate in content licensing markets — they cannot discover, purchase, or prove ownership of creative licenses.
Decentralized content licensing marketplace where AI agents autonomously register, discover, purchase, and verify creative licenses on-chain. Two smart contracts on Base — ContentRegistry for marketplace logic and LicenseNFT (ERC-721 + ERC-2981) for portable license tokens with royalties. Creators keep 97.5% instead of losing 40-60% to middlemen like Shutterstock. Any agent can verify a license with a single on-chain call. MCP tools let Claude Code agents participate in the marketplace directly.
