Problem Statement
AI agents are creating a new kind of wallet fragmentation. Each MCP payment provider (AgentCash, Sponge, Coinbase AgentKit, x402, etc.) generates its own wallet when installed. A typical power user ends up with 5-10+ wallets scattered across multiple chains, with no way to see the total picture. Small balances ($0.50 here, $2 there) accumulate as dust across providers. Users literally don't know where their agent money went. There's no unified view, no portfolio tracker, and no way to quantify how fragmented things have gotten. This is the 'where did my money go?' problem for the agentic commerce era.
A unified dashboard and CLI tool that shows you where all your AI agent money went. Every MCP payment tool (AgentCash, Sponge, Coinbase AgentKit, etc.) creates its own wallet, fragmenting funds across providers and chains. Agent Wallet scans your local machine to auto-discover these wallets, queries real balances across 5 chains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Solana), calculates a Herfindahl-based fragmentation score, and presents everything in one shareable view. Users run `npx @kevinlilili/agent-wallet` and instantly see their full agent wallet portfolio — no private keys needed, read-only, open source.
