Problem Statement
x402 solves checkout, but it does not solve distribution. Agent developers can already accept payments, yet most agents still avoid unfamiliar tools, new wallet flows, and first-time paid usage. That means services have supply but not enough demand. The real bottleneck is activation: making it easy, safe, and economically rational for an agent to try a new service for the first time.
AgentDrop is a growth API for x402 services on Base. Instead of only helping agents pay, it helps developers get agents to try their product in the first place. A developer pays AgentDrop to create a funded claim link, then shares that link with a target agent or user. The recipient claims starter funds onchain and can immediately use them for a first paid action, turning incentives into activation.
