Problem Statement
Every testnet faucet is designed for humans — CAPTCHAs, Twitter verification, Discord bots. An autonomous AI agent cannot solve a CAPTCHA. AgentFaucet replaces human verification with on-chain cooldown periods, giving agents programmatic access to testnet ETH.
