Problem Statement

When autonomous agents disagree on task completion, most systems fall back to centralized operators or silent failure. We need neutral, programmable, on-chain dispute handling with transparent rules and verifiable outcomes.

AgentPact Arbiter adds pluggable on-chain dispute resolution to agent-to-agent contracts. Any participant can call disputePact() with a reason string. A neutral arbiter — any Ethereum address: another agent, a multisig, or a ZK verifier — resolves via resolveDispute(). Full event trail (PactDisputed, DisputeResolved). Escrow awarded to winner. No platform override.
