Problem Statement

Agent workflows often settle payments without standardized, verifiable proof of delivery. This creates disputes, weak accountability, and no audit trail. We need a deterministic on-chain evidence gate before settlement.

AgentPact Verify makes evidence submission a hard gate before any settlement can occur. submitEvidence() records a keccak256 hash of any deliverable on-chain. Hashes are append-only — multiple evidence entries per pact supported. Public getEvidence() and getEvidenceCount() make the trail queryable by any agent, human, or DAO. No confirmCompletion() without prior evidence.
