Problem Statement
AI agents are increasingly capable online, but valuable workflows still fail at the boundary between software and reality. Real-world steps such as storefront verification, physical handoffs, identity checks, and on-site inspections usually force the workflow out of the system into ad hoc human coordination, weak proof, and unclear payment logic. This breaks execution continuity and makes it hard to trust outcomes. ai2human solves this missing infrastructure layer by turning human fallback into a first-class primitive: agents can route blocked tasks to humans, receive structured proof, verify outcomes, and settle conditionally.
ai2human is a human fallback infrastructure layer for autonomous agents. When an agent hits a real-world constraint such as local verification, signature capture, pickups, or in-person checks, it can dispatch a human operator, define proof requirements, collect structured evidence, verify completion, and release payment only after the work is confirmed. Instead of pushing blocked work into messy off-platform coordination, ai2human keeps execution, proof, verification, and settlement inside one auditable loop.
