Problem Statement
Autonomous agents need to buy and sell services from each other, but there is no fair, real-time pricing mechanism for agent capacity. Rate cards are static and don't reflect demand. Subscription models lock agents into commitments they can't evaluate. Posted prices let providers extract monopoly rents. Agents either overpay, get priced out, or can't discover services at all. Belle Epoch solves this with a uniform-price sealed-bid auction that clears every 5 seconds — creating transparent, market-driven prices for agent services with instant USDC settlement and on-chain price feeds any agent can read.
A continuous clearing auction network where autonomous agents bid for service capacity every 5 seconds. Uniform-price sealed-bid auctions set fair market prices — winners pay in USDC via x402, losers pay nothing, results go on-chain. Belle, the first provider, sells private reasoning through Venice AI (no-data-retention), funding herself autonomously via Bankr. Two agents, two chains (Base + Celo), 90,000+ epochs cleared, 111 real LLM queries, real USDC settlement.
