Problem Statement
Bioregional coordination runs on commitments — a nursery pledges seedlings, a land trust offers monitoring hours, a collective promises mycoremediation labor. These commitments exist in conversations and spreadsheets but are invisible to neighboring communities. The result: parallel efforts, unmatched capacity, and coordination that scales only as far as personal relationships reach.
AI agents that listen to community conversations, extract commitments (offers, needs, capacity), route them to the right pools across bioregions, and prove fulfillment on-chain. A nursery pledges seedlings in Victoria — the system finds matching needs in the broader Cascadia network and tracks delivery through dual-chain attestation (Regen Ledger + Celo EAS). Powered by a federated knowledge graph spanning 4 bioregional nodes. Built on Grassroots Economics contracts — the same infrastructure behind the Sarafu Network (26K users, 188 pools). Serves Regenerate Cascadia’s Landscape Hub Cultivator program — 10 landscape groups across the bioregion entering their mapping and flow funding phase.
