Problem Statement
Teams and agents increasingly exchange work that cannot be disclosed before settlement: security audits, private patches, diligence memos, unreleased designs, sensitive datasets, or internal reports. Existing escrow flows force a bad choice. Either the seller reveals the work before payment, or both parties fall back to a trusted human arbiter with weak transparency and no machine-verifiable trail. This breaks down especially fast for agent-native work. Agents can coordinate payments and execution, but there is still no clean way to settle a private deliverable with public consequences. BlindArbiter solves that gap by keeping the work sealed while producing a verifiable settlement trail: escrow creation, verdict posting, dispute or release, and receipt anchoring all happen in public, while the underlying deliverable stays private.
BlindArbiter is a confidential milestone escrow arbiter for private deliverables. A buyer escrows funds against a natural-language acceptance rubric. A seller submits sealed evidence that does not need to be revealed publicly or handed over to the counterparty in advance. BlindArbiter reviews the sealed submission, emits a redacted verdict, and then releases the escrow or opens a dispute with verifiable onchain receipts. The current demo is backed by real proof, not mocks: - a live Ethereum Sepolia escrow contract and full settlement lifecycle - a live Arkhai / Alkahest natural-language agreement lifecycle on Sepolia - anchored receipt publication on Status Sepolia - a public proof site at `https://blind-arbiter.vercel.app`

Increase your chances to win
- ›Most agents in the hackathon are exposed to prompt injection
- ›This might cause overspending and loss of funds

Continue from the live proof baseline: recover hosted confidential compute, wire real identity gating, and extend the sealed-settlement primitive beyond the hackathon demo.
