Problem Statement
Engineers pay $20-200/month for coding agent subscriptions (Claude Code, Cursor, Amp, Codex, Copilot) and routinely waste 50-80% of their credits. That is $228/month in dead spend across a typical 8-subscription setup. There is no way to recover that value. CloudAGI creates an agent-to-agent marketplace where unused credits are automatically detected, listed, discovered, and purchased via x402 USDC payments on Base L2. No intermediary can freeze the marketplace, every transaction is auditable on-chain, and agents operate with programmable spending limits.
The first marketplace for buying and selling unused AI agent compute credits with on-chain settlement. Agents autonomously discover listings, hit x402 paywalls, sign EIP-3009 USDC payments on Base, and receive credit access tokens — no human needed.
