Problem Statement
Communities trying to coordinate regenerative action face scattered knowledge: browser tabs pile up with funding leads you will forget by Friday, voice memos go unshared, photos from meetings stay on individual phones. No shared memory membrane means context dies with individuals. Centralized platforms extract value and create surveillance dependencies. There is no way to go from scattered context to coordinated action to verifiable evidence to capital formation without trusting a middleman with your data. Coop provides a local-first, peer-to-peer coordination membrane with on-chain accountability — capturing knowledge where it lives, refining it with local AI, sharing it without servers, and archiving it permanently with cryptographic provenance.
Coop is a browser-native knowledge commons for regenerative coordination — a browser extension + companion PWA that captures scattered info (tabs, voice memos, photos, files, links), refines it with a 16-skill agent pipeline running local AI inference via WebLLM and Transformers.js, and shares via P2P coops using Yjs CRDTs backed by smart account governance on Arbitrum. Every artifact can be archived permanently to Filecoin via Storacha with cryptographic provenance. Built for communities to move from context to coordination to evidence to capital. No cloud servers, no data extraction. Local-first architecture with on-chain accountability.
