Problem Statement

Autonomous agents become dangerous when trust depends on prompts, memory, or model obedience. Once an agent gets access to tools, wallets, or external systems, there is often no deterministic enforcement layer that proves whether it acted within scope. Delegate solves this by moving trust out of the model and into verifiable infrastructure: explicit policy rules, deterministic evaluation, on-chain attestation, and auditability before or alongside execution.

Delegate is a deterministic policy engine for AI agents with on-chain verification on Base Sepolia. It lets agents propose actions, evaluates them against explicit deterministic policies, and proves every allow/deny decision with tamper-evident on-chain receipts. The project includes a live dashboard, HTTP API, TypeScript SDK, smart contracts, agent-facing skill docs, and demo flows for policy evaluation, verification, agent identity, agreements, and bounded vault spending.

Intention

Plans to continue

Delegate is intended to continue beyond the hackathon as a real trust and verification layer for autonomous agent execution, with deeper onchain enforcement and broader runtime integrations.
