Problem Statement
DM inboxes are flooded with spam because sending messages is free. Creators and professionals have no way to monetize their attention. AI agents responding to arbitrary callers have no economic filter — DMpay solves all three with pay-per-message.
DMpay is a pay-per-message protocol built on Ethereum that lets users and agents monetize direct messages and eliminate spam. Senders attach a small on-chain payment to each DM; recipients set their own price floor. Spam becomes economically irrational. Creators, professionals, and AI agents can gate their inboxes and earn from high-signal conversations. The protocol is composable — any app or agent can integrate it via a simple contract interface.
