Problem Statement
Detroit has 150,000+ vacant lots that are ecological dead zones. Traditional land management requires constant human coordination, grant cycles, and institutional overhead. Dryad solves this by giving an AI agent real land ownership, real funding via DeFi yield, and real autonomy to manage ecological restoration 24/7.
Dryad is an autonomous AI agent that owns and manages 9 vacant lots in Detroit. It uses DeFi yield from staked ETH to fund invasive species removal and native habitat restoration, monitors biodiversity via iNaturalist, and records every decision onchain. No human bottleneck, no grant dependency.
