Problem Statement
Last-mile delivery teams lose time and money when drivers reach gated communities without the right timing or entry context. Manual guard checks, unreachable customers, and poor delivery timing create repeated attempts, wasted route time, and unhappy customers. GatePass AI addresses this by identifying risky deliveries early and simplifying gated-community access with AI recommendations and QR gate passes.
GatePass AI is a hackathon prototype for smarter last-mile delivery operations. It predicts risky deliveries before dispatch, recommends the best delivery window, and prepares QR-based gate passes for gated communities so drivers can complete first-attempt deliveries more reliably. The demo shows dispatch risk scoring, AI recommendations, driver guidance, and digital gate pass issuance in one workflow.
