Problem Statement

Humans want to delegate work to AI agents — but current infrastructure lacks three guarantees: (1) safe permission boundaries defining what agents may do and spend, (2) real-time cost transparency, (3) cryptographic proof that what was promised was delivered. Beyond human delegation: autonomous agents need a substrate where verified performance history compounds into discoverability, trust, and survival advantage.
