Problem Statement
AI agents need to pay for services (inference, compute, API access) but giving them full wallet control is dangerous - one bug drains everything. Current solutions require human-managed API keys and manual funding, which breaks autonomy. Agents also can't participate in protocol governance despite being major stakeholders. There's no sustainable, safe funding model that lets agents operate independently while protecting capital.
A complete toolkit for autonomous AI agents to hold wstETH, earn staking yield, and spend it on AI inference and governance - without ever risking principal. Agents deposit wstETH on Base, the principal stays locked, and only yield is spendable. Yield gets swapped to USDC via Uniswap V3 and used to pay for AI inference from Venice via x402 payments - no API keys, no accounts needed. The agent then analyzes live Lido DAO proposals, makes vote recommendations, and could vote autonomously with LDO tokens. 22 MCP tools, 203 tests, deployed on Base with real on-chain activity.
