Problem Statement
Most agent permission systems are too blunt for real work. Blanket authority is unsafe, but a single flat allowance is too crude for multi-step missions involving several specialist agents. Teams need a way to express authority as a graph: who can do what, on which targets, for how much, in what order, and under what completion conditions. Mission Graph turns those constraints into a delegation structure rather than leaving them as policy prose.
Mission Graph is a mission-bound delegation compiler for autonomous teams. A human defines one objective and one risk envelope, and the system converts it into a planner delegation plus task-scoped subdelegations with spend caps, target allowlists, expiry windows, dependency caveats, and proof-of-completion requirements.
