Problem Statement
Communities want to pool money for emergencies, but managing it manually is slow, political, and excludes people without bank accounts. There's no transparent, autonomous way to distribute mutual aid funds where the AI — not a committee — decides who qualifies.
Mutual Aid Pool is decentralized infrastructure for agent-managed mutual aid funds. Communities pool money by streaming USDCx via Superfluid into a Safe multisig treasury. When a member submits an emergency claim, an AI evaluates it against IPFS-stored evidence. If approved, funds are released from an ERC-8183 escrow contract without human intervention. The AI is the gatekeeper, not a committee. Members who stop streaming get a 7-day grace period. Built on Base Sepolia and Avalanche Fuji with ERC-8004 onchain agent identity.
