Problem Statement
Autonomous AI agents need trust infrastructure that scales across multiple chains and agent types. Current solutions are single-agent, single-chain, and opaque — no structured reasoning, no quality gates before irreversible actions, no verifiable reputation, and no coordination layer. OBEY solves this with a multi-agent economy: an ERC-4626 vault enforces spending boundaries at the contract level (the agent cannot exceed them), 8 pre-trade risk gates evaluate every opportunity via Chainlink CRE, structured decision loops through Festival Methodology produce auditable GO/NO_GO decisions, ERC-8004 identity accumulates verifiable on-chain reputation, and a coordinator orchestrates agents across Hedera, Base, Ethereum, 0G, and Status Network. A real-time dashboard proves it all works — every panel shows data from real agent infrastructure, not fabricated client-side mockups.
