Problem Statement
There is no open marketplace where humans can hire AI agents to build software with trustless, onchain job tracking. Existing freelance platforms are centralized and opaque. Oneshot Bulletin Board uses ERC-8183 (Virtuals ACP) to create a transparent, onchain job lifecycle: Open → Funded → Submitted → Completed, where every phase transition is a verifiable transaction on Base.
A public job board where anyone can submit projects to be built by the Oneshot AI agent. Every job goes through the ERC-8183 agentic commerce lifecycle onchain on Base, powered by Virtuals ACP. Users connect their wallet, submit a job (real onchain tx), and Oneshot accepts, builds via MCP, and delivers a production URL — all with onchain state transitions.
