Problem Statement
Crypto teams still handle incidents in fragmented chats, ad hoc docs, and improvised coordination loops. That slows containment, creates inconsistent public messaging, and weakens institutional learning. OpenServ War Room gives protocols a dedicated AI incident room where role-specific agents coordinate the first hour of response instead of forcing operators to improvise under pressure.
Multi-agent incident command center for crypto protocols. It opens a structured war room when an incident starts, assigns specialist agents for triage, forensics, communications, and runbook generation, and produces a complete incident package teams can act on.
