Private Intent Broker

Problem Statement
Treasury and execution decisions in crypto are trapped in a bad tradeoff between confidentiality and automation. The information that determines whether a rebalance, hedge, or defensive swap is safe is often private by default: runway pressure, internal risk thresholds, governance timing, operator trust assumptions, and offchain strategic context. If teams keep that context private, they lose speed, coordination, and structured execution. If they automate through generic AI workflows, they risk leaking the very information that makes the decision sensitive in the first place. Private Intent Broker solves this by separating private reasoning from public execution. Venice handles the confidential analysis layer, ENS makes the treasury, operator, and counterparties legible in the trust layer, and Uniswap provides the execution path. Around that core, the product adds policy guardrails, proof readiness, judge previews, and machine-readable agent surfaces so both humans and agents can evaluate what is real, what is blocked, and what still needs evidence before a decision should move onchain.
Private Intent Broker is a private execution broker for treasuries and autonomous agents operating in high-stakes onchain environments. An operator submits a confidential intent containing sensitive context such as runway assumptions, governance timing, internal exposure limits, and trusted-counterparty constraints. The system reasons over that hidden context through Venice, keeps actors legible through an ENS-first trust surface, and prepares a Uniswap execution path with evidence-rich receipts, policy checks, and submission-ready artifacts. The product is designed for the exact class of decisions where normal logged AI workflows are too exposed, manual execution is too slow, and judges or downstream agents still need a clear, inspectable record of what the system intended to do, what it was authorized to do, and what proof is still missing.

Plans to continue
The current wedge is strong enough to continue beyond the hackathon as private execution infrastructure for agent teams, treasury operators, and trust-sensitive onchain workflows where confidential reasoning and inspectable action need to coexist.
