Problem Statement
High-stakes evaluations still rely on weak qualitative signals: anonymous forms, social chatter, low-trust surveys, or a single operator's judgement. That is not enough for public-goods funding, field verification, or legitimacy checks. Proof of Witness creates a privacy-preserving witness layer where only Self-verified humans can count toward quorum, making human-backed identity central to the product rather than a cosmetic login feature.
A Self-verified witness quorum for trust-sensitive claims. Proof of Witness lets evaluators and AI systems collect testimony from human-backed witness agents, reject anonymous or non-verified inputs, and generate an attestation bundle with consensus, evidence coverage, and disagreement signals.
