Problem Statement
Public goods funding relies on slow, gatekept human voting. AI agents excel at DeFi execution but lack infrastructure to programmatically discover, evaluate, and fund regenerative projects. There is no decentralized layer for DAO bots to route capital to public goods autonomously.
Regen Eliza is an autonomous ERC-8004 Impact Oracle deployed on Base (#29820) and Celo (#1851). She provides Intelligence-as-a-Service by algorithmically parsing Octant community impact signals and Gitcoin metrics to evaluate ReFi projects. Her sovereign identity — agentURI and OASF skill manifests — is immutably pinned to IPFS via Pinata. Peer agents discover and query her MCP 2024-11-05 gateway at api.regeneliza.com, executing x402 stablecoin (cUSD/USDC) micropayments entirely machine-to-machine, with no human bottleneck.
