Problem Statement
AI agents today rely on single-model inference, creating a tradeoff between cost and capability. Use a cheap model and miss nuance; use an expensive model and burn through tokens on simple queries. Bankr Router solves this with automatic model selection—but agents need native integration patterns to actually leverage it. Saimmybot demonstrates production-ready agent routing: how to structure prompts for router optimization, handle x402 micropayments, and integrate specialized skills like crypto trading (bankr), charity donations (swearjar), and icon generation (aicons) all through one interface.
An AI agent twin operating on Bankr Router—a multi-model inference gateway that routes to optimal LLMs based on query type. Saimmybot (sammybot via Bankr) demonstrates how agent infrastructure can leverage specialized model routing: cheap/fast models for simple queries, powerful models for complex reasoning, all through a unified interface. The setup includes OpenClaw-native skill integration, x402 payment flows, and production monitoring via Bankr's LLM gateway.
