Parents have no safe way to give children crypto allowances with spending controls. Children making online payments expose their real wallet identity to every merchant. There is no system that combines parental spending limits, AI-powered payment approval, and on-chain privacy for minors in a single product.

SmartAllowance is an AI-powered allowance manager where parents set spending limits, fund their child wallet, and control spending categories. Children make payments via an AI agent without exposing their real identity to merchants. The AI agent autonomously approves or denies every payment based on parent-set rules, and the smart contract processes approved payments on Base Sepolia. Merchants only ever see a privacy alias like StarGazer#4821 � never the child real wallet address.
