AI agents make decisions autonomously but lack accountability. There is no way to verify what an AI decided, when it decided, or link that decision to a verifiable identity. TrustFlow AI solves this by creating an immutable decision ledger where every AI action is logged with cryptographic verification and on-chain identity.

TrustFlow AI transforms AI agents into accountable entities by logging their decisions and linking them to on-chain identity using ERC-8004. Every AI decision generates a verifiable SHA-256 hash containing input, output, reasoning, and agent identity - stored on Ethereum for immutable audit trails.
