Vigil — Elder Financial Fraud Prevention Agent

Vigil is an always-on AI guardian for elderly crypto wallets on Base. $28B is lost to elder financial fraud every year — Vigil fights back with private AI, smart escrow, and instant guardian alerts. Every transaction is analyzed by Venice AI (llama-3.3-70b, private inference, zero data retention). Six heuristic signals detect suspicious patterns: first-time recipients, unusual hours, rapid succession, contract interactions, round amounts, and threshold violations. Venice scores each transaction 0-100 and provides plain-English reasoning for family guardians. Large transactions are held in escrow by GuardianWallet.sol until a guardian co-signs. Guardians receive Telegram alerts with Venice risk scores and one-tap approve/cancel buttons that execute on-chain. Risk scores are written to the contract via setRiskScore() and ERC-8004 feedback receipts are emitted for every analysis. Beyond per-transaction analysis, Vigil runs session-level behavioral pattern detection — when 3+ suspicious transactions are detected in 30 minutes, a second Venice call synthesizes a threat summary. Guardians can also generate on-demand Venice Guardian Reports: AI-synthesized plain-English summaries of recent wallet activity. The agent exposes a live /stats HTTP endpoint (uptime, threats detected, ETH escrowed, Venice call counts) displayed as a live badge in the Guardian Dashboard.
